Tasks and responsibilities
As a Consultant, you will focus on the implementation of OneStream solutions to drive financial consolidation, budgeting, reporting, and Corporate Performance Management (CPM) initiatives. You will work closely with clients to analyze their business processes, gather requirements, and deliver customized technical solutions that meet their goals. You will take a hands-on approach to system development, including configuration, programming, and data integration, ensuring the OneStream platform is optimized for performance and usability. You will lead projects, provide technical expertise, and act as a trusted advisor on best practices for system implementation and process improvements.
Additionally, you will develop innovative solutions to enhance clients' financial and operational performance, provide training and support to client teams, and contribute to the company's growth by driving new projects and fostering strong client relationships. Education, experience and personal characteristics
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related technical field, with knowledge of finance or accounting processes.
Experience within programming in .NET, Java, or C-Sharp
Experience in financial consolidation, group accounting, or audit roles
3+ years of experience in EPM/CPM system implementation, ideally with OneStream.
Strong knowledge of IFRS, finance processes, and controlling.
Fluency in English and Swedish
