As Global Pricing Manager at Epiroc Drilling Tools Division, you will play a key role in shaping and executing pricing strategies for the Tools Division across global and local markets. Your goal? To optimize profitability, enhance competitiveness, and drive strategic pricing excellence across all sales channels.

You will lead and develop the team specializing in global market analysis, strategic pricing, and process excellence. Together, you will enable efficient pricing processes, ensure data-driven decision-making, and align pricing strategies with business objectives.

Your mission

  • Strategic Pricing – Lead and direct pricing initiatives, ensuring sustainability and profitability across markets.
  • Pricing Administration – Develop and maintain price lists for customer centers, distributors, and indent customers, considering local market dynamics.
  • Price Implementation – Support and train Customer Centers (CCs) in pricing strategies, ensuring alignment with Epiroc’s pricing model.
  • Process Improvement – Continuously enhance pricing systems to streamline global and local operations.
  • Dynamic Pricing – Implement data-driven, real-time pricing strategies to respond to market shifts and optimize revenue.
  • Cost Management & Market Analysis – Integrate macroeconomic intelligence into pricing decisions and ensure cost follow-up.

Your profile

We are looking for an experienced leader with genuine interest in people who fosters a supportive environment where everyone thrives. You are a team player that sees the team’s contribution as the ultimate goal and has the ability to engage and motivate your team members.

As an ideal candidate, you have an MBA or advanced degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field combined with 7-10 years of experience in pricing, market analysis, or a related field, preferably in a global context. Experience from a similar industrial or manufacturing environment is considered a strong advantage. Proficiency in pricing software and tools, experience in developing and managing pricing platforms and a fluency in English language is also required.

To enjoy the role, you should possess strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions. You have good project management skills and the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously. You are highly adaptable, have excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Location and other

This position can be located in Stockholm, Örebro or Fagersta, Sweden. Occasional travel is required.
