Salesforce Lead Developer
Are you ready to take the lead in Salesforce development in a dynamic, global environment? Epiroc is looking for a Salesforce Lead Developer to oversee development on our Sales & Marketing Platform. In this role, you will guide development teams, align business needs with technical solutions, and contribute to innovation and efficiency across the platform.
Your mission
AsSalesforce Lead Developer, you will ensure that Epiroc’s Salesforce platform meets business needs effectively. You will lead and support both internal and external development teams, ensuring best practices are followed and business requests are delivered on time. You will also manage the development backlog, set priorities, and collaborate with key stakeholders to maintain smooth communication and alignment.
Some of your key responsibilities include:
- Oversee the Salesforce development backlog and pipeline.
- Lead and guide internal and external developer teams.
- Ensure development follows best practices, balancing quality and speed.
- Define methods to measure progress and efficiency.
- Prioritize technical development work.
- Work closely with the Salesforce Platform Architect, Global Product Owner, and Salesforce Operations Manager to assess and prioritize solution designs.

To succeed in this role, you are a supportive and solutions-oriented leader who enjoys working with both virtual and co-located teams. You understand how technology supports business goals and can translate business needs into effective Salesforce solutions. Your ability to see the bigger picture while ensuring technical excellence will be key to your success.
We are looking for someone with:
- A relevant bachelor's degree or the equivalent experience.
- 3–5 years of experience as a Salesforce Certified Platform Developer or Administrator.
- Experience in a multinational manufacturing company, with an understanding of business processes and needs.
- Expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and core Salesforce capabilities.
- A strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and implementation.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
