Summer Internship at Epiroc Treasury

Epiroc Group Treasury is looking for three finance and/or accounting students to join the team during the summer of 2025. Internships are available within the following teams:

• Cash Management and Operations

• Front Office and Funding

• Risk and Treasury Control

About Group Treasury

Group Treasury is Epiroc’s competence center for financial risk and cash management, responsible for securing external funding and managing financial risks. The team also supports business operations in areas such as currency risk, funding, and cash management.

Cash Management and Operations Internship

As part of this team, you will contribute to daily and monthly operational tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processes such as:

• Reconciliations, financial payments, and month-end closing activities.

• Supporting global cash management, including bank account administration and cash pool management.

• Leading projects aimed at improving processes and automation.

Front Office and Funding Internship

This team supports the Group in foreign exchange, interest rate management, external/internal funding, and liquidity. As an intern, you will:

• Assist with key daily tasks related to market operations.

• Participate in various ad-hoc projects, including market and risk analysis and system improvements, tailored to your skills and interests.

Across all internships, you will contribute to projects that drive Treasury’s operational excellence journey and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced, global financial environment.

Risk and Treasury Control Internship

As a Risk and Treasury Control intern, you will:

• Oversee risk control for Group Treasury and analyze financial transactions affecting the Group’s net financials, balance sheet, and cash flow.

• Participate in financial closings and the preparation of quarterly reports.

• Gain hands-on experience with the Treasury Management System, automation initiatives, and continuous improvement projects.

• Collaborate with colleagues globally, as well as with external auditors, banks, and other Group functions.

• Hands-on and proactive, enjoying involvement in daily operations.

Education Requirements

• For the Cash Management and Operations internship: At least one year of studies in Finance and/or Accounting.

• For the Front Office and Funding internships: At least two years of studies in Finance and/or Accounting.

• For the Risk and Treasury Control internship: At least three years of studies in Finance and/or Accounting.

Location

This internship is based at Epiroc’s headquarters in Sickla, Stockholm, Sweden.
