CMDB & OT Operational Lead

This is what you will do

As an Operational Lead, you will be the data specialist and validator of the Configuration Management Database, ensuring ownership, ITSM alignment, and seamless integration with IT functions. A key focus will be supporting Operational Technology security by maintaining an accurate, structured, and reliable CMDB that safeguards industrial systems and ensures compliance. Your responsibilities include maintaining the data model, relationships, attributes, and rules within the CMDB. You will standardize data collection, conduct audits, ensure data integrity, and oversee the design and quality assurance of technical requirements for new CMDB classes.

You will collaborate with the CMDB Manager to align with the Configuration Management framework, best practices, and policies while contributing to data structure governance. On the business side, you will support OT Security Coordinators in keeping inventories up to date. Additionally, you will engage with the OT Security Manager to ensure compliance and security coverage. And support and collaborate with the other Operational leads regarding incidents and security incidents related to our OT environments.

Your work will involve collecting, verifying, updating, and reporting on CMDB data, resolving quality issues, and driving visibility of infrastructure and authorized Configuration Item changes. Ensuring data accuracy will require regular audits and standardized methodologies. Balancing long-term, strategic improvements with daily operational challenges, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a well-structured, reliable, and compliant CMDB, ensuring visibility and control over IT and OT infrastructure.

You will be part of the IT Operations team at Lantmännen Group Functions, and you will report to the Manager of Competence Center Operation and Security Center. This position is located at Lantmännen office in Stockholm or Malmö. Occasional travel between our offices in Malmö and Stockholm is to be expected.

This is what you need to succeed

You have:

• Solid experience working with CMDB, data structures, and data modeling, including familiarity with data dictionaries and data quality frameworks.

• Proven background with both OT environments and IT services.

• ITIL certifications (ITIL 4 preferred) or equivalent knowledge of service management frameworks.

• Experience of working in projects across a large organization where you had to navigate within multiple IT-services. Experience of working with different countries and cultures is a plus

• Strong communication skills, written and spoken, in both Swedish and English.

• Experience of working with different countries and cultures is meritable.
