An exciting opportunity has arisen for Demand Planner to join our Lantmännen Unibake team at our office in Pantelimon, Ilfov.

In this role, you will perform and optimize the demand planning process, in accordance with Unibake’s global strategy, business plans, targets, processes and standards.

This is what you will do

• Interpret the potential impact market trends and demand drivers can have on Demand Plan
• Understand different order types and supply chain parameter impact on Demand Pattern
• Jointly with Commercial teams, assess the impact of market changes or significant variances in the forecast or historic demand
• Day to day handling of the demand planning process (preparation, forecast calculation, commercial reviews/IC reviews, S&OP demand review, shape and respond step. Master data management), to meet budget targets for supply chain costs and demand planning KPI’s
• Develops reports and analyses to be presented for relevant audience
• Contribute to intercompany transfers process according to the defined model
• Implement relevant initiatives within demand planning, in line with global supply chain standards.
• Monitoring KPI’s and explaining the results; suggest directions for their improvement.

Kvalifikationer

This is what you need to succeed:

• University Degree
• Previous experience in demand planning, preferably within a FMCG company
• Solid understanding of the overall Demand Planning process
• Fluency in English
• General knowledge of ERP systems (planning, logistics, CRM, BI), with a preference for Microsoft Dynamics
• Proficiency in Excel
